Forge

The joints of a forging robot in a West German forging plant were equipped with lubricated steel bushes. Being subjected to impacts and shocks, the steel bushes were destroyed after one year. The robot manufacturer was asked to improve on this situation. Following our recommendation, MANGACHOC bushes with initial lubrication were installed. Due to the positive experience, the second robot has now also been retrofitted. (Ref.34)
